Can someone suggest a pad to put between the cheeks for slight leakage? I have been putting a small folded up piece of toilet paper between the cheeks right up against the anus but it has been causing irritation in that area. I know people use the womens style pads in their underwear but I don't want it getting that far out from the anus. Any suggestions?

Cotton Rounds (makeup remover pads).
There is something called "The Butterfly" for the very purpose you describe. Try looking up on the internet. Maybe someone here has tried it. Best wishes!

I tried them initially and not a fan, just looking for something small to basically shove right up against the hole. Might try those cotton rounds though
Always Xtra-long Liners for Men. (Kidding about the "for men" part!) While I have less and less need for these it's a good safeguard! Hope it helps, James!

those line the underwear though, if I wore those the minor leakage would come out the hole drip down the buttcheek and then hit the liner. I was looking for something to press right up in there so it doesn't have chance to drip far from the hole
Ah, understood!
Cotton round make up remover. Good luck!!
How about B-Sure anal leakage pads? http://www.birchlabs.com/bsure...e-absorbent-pads.php

When asked to give a urine specimen I always have a problem since I've trained my J-pouch to empty every time I urinate! So, I do push a cotton ball up the anus when I have to give a urine specimen. Seems to work. Good luck!

$9.00 for 24 pads? I would use about 4 a day, $45 a month? Wow
I tried the B-sures, but way too expensive. Also used the makeup rounds. For years now, though, I use about half a large cotton ball. Originally externally, but found it works much better to tuck it just up inside the hole. Prevents external skin irritation. It generally just comes out when I use the bathroom, although if for some reason it doesn't, I just use a finger to dislodge it and replace with a new partial cotton ball after using the restroom. Works AMAZINGLY!
You can find B-sure pads on eBay for a better price.
Amazon will have them too.
Richard.
Another consideration about cotton balls and make-up rounds is that they are not flushable. They can snag on roots or whatever in your waste line and over time cause problems. If you have a septic system, a real no-no.
B-Sure pads are flushable.
