I'm in recovery from takedown... Two months out.
I really haven't had much of a problem with leakage.
I did have an accident in the hospital when my intestines first started working again. But that was all.
This this week hits...
I've been suffering from insomnia for a few weeks.
My uncle, who I'm close to, is having some medical issues related to his diabetes. I'm worried about him.
On the other side of my family, they called hospice in for my 98 yr old aunt.
I am going back to work for the first time since Nov.
My former boss (who loved me and wouldn't let them get rid of me for anything) quit and I'll meet the new one when I show up for work Monday morning.
My former director that was a friend and team member with me on a major project, not to mention we covered each other a lot also retired the week before I went out for surgery in Nov.
I still have a little pain/discomfort, especially when I push myself to hard, and some serious stamina issues.
And to top it all off, I've had leakage issues 3 times from Tuesday to Friday this week.
Is it the stress?? Does stress cause such issues with anyone else? Or should I look for another reason for the leakage issues?
I was asked on another board if I have eaten anything different or had any other changes... the answer is no. The insomnia was getting worse but that was the only day to day difference for me.
