Does anyone here have experience with the Immunotherapy drug, Keytruda? We are contemplating this for my metastatic colon cancer. Just concerned that it damage my jpouch! Couldn't fathom going back to an ileostomy or any bag for that matter. I did have a history of ulcerative colitis prior to my diagnosis of stage 4 cc and my surgeon removed entire colon. Thanks for any input!!!

I don't have direct experience with Keytruda, but an immunotherapy drug probably won't damage your pouch. Remember that a J-pouch is just made from your own small intestine. Good luck!
