I have having issues getting into ketosis and wonder if anyone has had similar issues. I have been on it for seven days and have yet to produce and ketones on the urine strips that I bought. I also bought the blood monitor and it isn't registering on there either. I have restricted my carbs to 20 per day so I believe I should in ketosis by now. I will say I am not using all my calories for the day on my plan but I find it difficult because if I have too much protein it won't put me in ketosis. Just struggling in general. Any guidance would be appreciated!
