Hey, I had started to slowly do some Kegels -- just two sets of 10 -- but in the past couple of days the swelling and pain have returned. I can still do the Kegels, but only when sitting or lying down. They don't hurt exactly, or at least not badly, but I do wince. Should I keep doing them or wait until it doesn't hurt and the swelling is gone?
Just anxious to gain some control back!!! 5 weeks is a looooong time.
