Has anyone had any luck using kefur? My Dr. Recommended it so I ran out to get some. The next day I had diarrhea most of the day. Symptoms have continued and after a couple days I'm feeling dehydrated. Wondering if it was the kefur

was it lactose free and if not, are you lactose intolerant?

i've had problems with kefir due to SIBO--bacterial overgrowth-- and had to give it up. pity.

I believe it was lactose free. I did read that to start you should only drink a tabllespoon at a time. I drank about 8 ounces.
