Brown bread, potato, sweet potato,fruits for my carbs. Nut butters (peanut and almond) creamy, a glass of smoothie with nuts grinded in it, butter and cheese all day for fat. Dairy , eggs , chicken and red meat for protein. To maintain good energy levels eat healthy carbs like whole wheat or brown breads , sweet potatoes , oatmeals, rice (brown preferably).
Thank you Raj, I will put all these in my lifestyle more so than before. Although I'm not a smoothie fan, I'll try add it to my regime. Classic line of 'Tired being Tired'.
Yeah just be little cautitous while adding dairy and nuts. There maybe some nuts that go down and some can cause irritation. Plus you can start practising yoga half hour daily in morning its a good booster for the day.
