Keeping ileostomy whilst having babies??

Hi guys

I just had a quick question to ask I'm 34 weeks pregnant at the moment and have a temp ileostomy, I just wanted to ask how many of you decided to keep the ileostomy whilst you finished having babies and then had the j pouch constructed? And did it work out well for you? Also how many of you opted to have a c section whilst having the temp ileostomy so as to have the best chance with the j pouch in the future?
