I’m writing to tell everyone to do their research before they do any of these surgeries. I was going to do the K pouch surgery. I could barely get info from NY surgeon. His office refused to speak with me about complications. They said let’s just talk about positivity. I followed up with another surgeon who told me that not only would I have the initial k pouch surgery but three more surgeries would have to be done. Thanks but no thanks. Too high risk. I feel like I escaped a bullet.
