Everything has been going great so far: no pouchitis or anything, never had that since the veggie diet is filled with prebiotics and probiotics

Vitamins: i take calcium, iron,  magnesium, Vitamin D, Biotin

Bowel movements: 14-20

Definitely make sure you get lots of protein!!!! I cannot stress that enough lol. We lose protein when we have diarrhea, so definitely make sure you get EXTRA protein lol.

I celebrated with Vegan Cheesecake: New York and Strawberry Cheesecake

I saved close to 3,000 animals, the greatest gift of all

I’ve had my pouch since 2000. I have problems when I eat too much fiber, such as beans and nuts. Even a lot of veggies will give me gas pains and more frequent bathroom visits. I will look for these vegan meals and try one 🙂

Yeah that is pretty common, I was in a facebook group years ago and most people said the same things you said. I think the vegan means will help a lot. Gardein has great meals. Daiya has vegan cheesecake that I think you will love.
