I’ve had my jpouch for <9 years and recently have felt it “coming out” of my body but not through my rectum. Has anyone had this experience and if so, how was it fixed!

Where is it coming out? Not all prolapses protrude, but when they “come out” the anus tends to be the location.

This might not be your pouch - a vaginal prolapse can feel that way, as can other prolapses. It would be best to find out exactly what is moving where it shouldn’t first, before researching repair experiences. Have you been examined by a surgeon (a gynecologist or other)?
no I haven’t seen a surgeon. I’m waiting to have an MRI
