het Y'all, I'm 7 months post take down, 47 yr old male. Ex. Motorcross racer and athlete. So my question is, I'm pretty active...no no more motorcross but....love to stay active since I'm not on the crapper ALL the time any more. When I get up from the desk, or off the couch I fell like I'm 85 years old. Knees, hips, feet shoulders just screaming. Anyone have any ideas beside another trip to the Dr. Currently on 0 meds, take pro-biotic, gummy multi vitamin and some other over counter mess for joints. Other than this I get the occasional pains for this so so much better than 10 months ago when I lived in the toilet. Thanks for any feedback. Yours truely the toilet king....

It could possibly be enteropathic arthritis, but that's another trip to the Dr....
That's what it was for me. Once the steroids were out of my system, my hips and shoulders were the worst. They suspected avascular necrosis, but it was not that. Things just gradually got better on their own (sort of, as I took ibuprofen to deal with various tendinopathies). Then a decade later when I could not take ibuprofen any more, due to liver inflammation, I was diagnosed with enteropathic arthritis.

I too was diagnosed with Enteropathic Arthritis in April. No pouch issues at all. Impacts my limb joints. Morning stiffness or after prolonged sitting.
I'm a bit older. 61. But I never had joint and muscle pain until I had my removal. It's a morning ritual now. It fades as the coffee flows. Lol.
Cipro can do this to some but not others, and it can take weeks to manifest. It felt like I aged about 50 years after taking several courses. Hope you get to the bottom of things as these problems are tough to deal with!
