I had my complete reversal in December last year and I am still feeling tired all the time, my pal who is training to be a doctor said I might have low testosterone as I am showing a lot of the symptoms, I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else, I have an appointment with my doctor in a couple of days to see about it, any feedback would be great.
Surgeries usually result in a lot of blood loss so you could still be experiencing anemia. I had it bad for 3 months after my takedown. I hated the mornings. The feeling of lethargy and absolute weakness throughout my body was a terrible feeling. I would have to drag myself to the kitchen in the morning because I felt so tired and week. Have you had blood work done lately? They kept me on iron pills (ferrous sulfate) for months until I went back and my red blood count was in normal range. They wanted me to continue to take them afterwards but I chose not to do to all the terrible stomach side effects I had, gas, cramps, bloating, etc. All the stuff we try and avoid having a jpouch. I would honestly see a hematologist. When I went they took 10 bikes of blood and tested for stuff I've never heard of before. You could have an iron deficiency or B12. They will usually give you a B12 booster shot when your there which gives you and energy boost. Good luck.
