Hi SVO,
I have a lot of experience in this area and hope it helps.
I started ttc back in 2011. After just 3 months of trying, I went to an reproductive endocrinologist. I figured she would laugh, send me home and tell me to keep trying. Instead, she looked at my history and immediately figured I hydros. She was right, but I only had one on my right side. I didn't treat it at first and went through clomid, iui's and finally ivf. After two failed rounds of ivf, she recommended Essure. I was hesitant, but decided to give it a try.
After waiting the 3 months, I had an hsg and my fallopian tube was blocked from the Essure. My doctor made me wait another 3 months though, because she still could see a couple coils in the uterus.
I finally had another chance at IVF and it worked the first attempt after Essure! I now have a healthy 3 year old.
This wasn't the end of my heartache though. When my son was 2, we decided to try for another. I had another hsg preformed and I now had another hydrosalpinx on the left side. It was smaller, so I decided not to treat it. I have now had 4 consecutive miscarriages and we feel the hydro played a role.
I still have lots of frozen embryos and I'm not ready to give up. I just had another Essure placement performed back in December. I hope to try again in another month or so.
As far as the low dose aspirin goes, I tried it and with 3 of my past pregnancies. I swore it helped with blood flow and implantation, but it obviously didn't stop me from miscarrying.
Sorry for the novel, but I know all too well how you feel and the battle you face. Essure gave me my miracle baby and I'm hoping it will give him a sibling soon!
Let me know if you have any further questions and good luck!
