J pouch and stricture

I recently was diagnosed with anal stenosis due to stricture from my j pouch surgery and subsequent scar tissue. Colo rectal surgeon says several options are available to me. What are your experiences with this issue and subsequent remedies.

Hi,

I believe I also have this issue. A stricture. I use Canasa suppositories which help to “open” things up. I really don’t have any other advice. I’ll be reading other responses for ideas too.
