Itchy, sore and disscomfort

Im am experiencing extreme discomfort lately, down there. No sighs of anything on the outer anus but very itchy and discomforting, to the point where its driving me nuts. Almost feels like its just inside a bit and it is making my left butt cheek numb and sore also. Im wondering if it has to be with the healing of where my j-pouch was connected to my anus. But I didnt think healing would be this bad. Just wondering if anybody out there has any suggestions to this new j-poucher. Been 5 weeks since surgery and feel good except I have had sore anal problems the whole time.
