Issues with my J-pouch

I have been having issue going a lot more than normal and issue at night, so dr did a colonoscopy and discovered what he thought was a fistula. So I then had an MRI, and per the MRI report I have 2 sinus tracts and there is a disruption of my j-pouch the level is unclear. I see the surgeon Wed to get answers. Just wonder has anyone here had issues like this?
