Pure water stool, burning acid, painful and often. Every time I’ve had pouchitis before it has been foul smelling, very itchy and I loose control at night. This is very different symptoms.

This could be an infection (e.g. viral or C. diff). How long has it been going on?
My pouchitis symptoms can at times be different hence sometimes l miss the warning signs and symptoms. Definitely make an appointment with your GI or GP.
