No, not that I know of. But there are B&O (belladonna and opium) suppositories. They work well for anorectal pain and spasms. The bad news is that they are expensive and not all insurance covers them. There also are various topical lidocaine preparations. 

That aside, topical hydrocortisone (suppositories or foam enemas) are also used to treat cuffitis. Some people get better and quicker results with it. Plus you can use use it in addition to mesalamine (5ASA).
