Is Professor Ian Jones good to treat anal fistulas?

I have an anal fistula since 2013 and it has been not treated properly since then. Initially Doctors misdiagnosed it as labial abscess and treated for that and later diagnosed as a anal fistula. For fistula, doctors already inserted the seton in November 2015 and removed it after two months. I still have pain and discharge from the opening.

Later my GP referred me to Professor Ian Jones in Melbourne Private Hospital. I went to initial consultation with professor and he is suggesting to insert a seton again. With my past experience, I want to choose the best colorectal surgeon around Melbourne. I would like to know if any one has seen Professor Jones for a similar issue and their experience with him? Further if you have any other suggestion, I would like to consider those as well.
