iron supplement other than iron pills

f.y.i i have had issues taking iron pills or iron supplements myself ..i have since tried liver pills..(pure liver in capsules) you get the iron you need without the irritation it seems..its by radiant life..

In the past I have taken iron in liquid form.

It's called floradix floravitol. It's easy on the stomach

Try black strap molassas....I have heard that it works well and is less irritating.
