Hello,

I have suffered from IBB, UC, multiple surgeries, etc.

Now my 17 year old son is starting to show signs of IBD.

He gets bad stomach aches after eating something.

He has had blood tests, fecal tests, colonoscopy, gastroscopy, X-rays and ultrasounds.

All tests are negative. He has lost st 25 pounds in the last 6months since these symptoms have appeared

I am at a loss as to what to do. Any suggestions?

Apparently he has tried eliminating dairy and a gluten free diet, but I am uncertain if he modified his diet long enough for it to have a positive effect.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
