intestinal charlie horses?

So lately I've been having an issue. When I go to the bathroom I sometimes get cramps that feel like intestinal Charlie horses, I am wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this?

I had my takedown surgery in May of 2015, and in the last six months have finally been getting things under control until this. I have had it once when it happened when I wasn't going to the bathroom and I was at the movie theater. It lasted for about 10 to 15 minutes. I was about to leave and go to ER but couldn't stand and then it went away and didn't come back.
