So my one year from take down was Feb 26. And it's been an interesting year, with steady improvement but still have some cuffitis I'm struggling with. However, I've been on vacation this week with my husband and some friends. Enjoying the beach and toes in the sand!! And my pouch has behaved better than ever. I've ate pretty much what I've wanted, been active and even had about one drink a day. I feel good, maybe a little sore at bedtime due to the cuffitis. My frequency has been down too. I just wonder if being out and relaxing and not dwelling on the pouch has made the difference. Grateful for a week that's felt closer to normal!

Congratulations on your one year!!!! Did you celebrate???

Oatmeal and Greek Yogurt definitely helps cuffitis, I would give it a try, especially GREEK YOGURT

I would not recommend drinking alcohol

And Yeah totally, I agree that being happy makes the body feel good in multiple ways. Healthy environments definitely heals the body
