A friend with UC recently told me she's really benefitting from taking Inflaguard supplements, and I'm wondering if anyone with a j-pouch has tried them? I noticed magnesium stearate is a minor ingredient, and I know magnesium can cause diarrhea, which I'm trying to stave off. I'm hoping the amount in this particular brand is too small to have that effect though. The more I read about Turmeric Curcumin the better and better it sounds, but I want to make sure if I give it a try I go with a brand that other j-pouch folks have (hopefully) had luck with.
