Infection?

hi there... so I’ve been nauseous, bloated and having diarrhea with barely an appetite at all today and yesterday. I’ve been weak And my fever has been about 100.7. I have a j-pouch and am wondering if these are signs of an infection or something unrelated? Thanks in advance!

It could be viral gastroenteritis. Hopefully it will clear up quickly. Stay hydrated!
