Incontinence during masterbation

For the last few weeks I have been dealing with leaking during my masterbation and It's driving me crazy. I am hoping to get married to my sweetheart next fall but I am having a rough time with fecal fluid leaking out. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Leaking where? Private area or butthole???

THe leaking could be due to the surgeries, we have had a lot of surgery trauma down there so it makes sense about the leaking since the muscles are not as strong as before surgery.

Some people have suggested emptying before sex really helps with leaking
