Does anyone remember what their improvements were from month six to the one year mark? I still have mainly loose BM's with slight burning and sometimes have to strain getting up 2-3 times a night and going around 6 times a day. I am wondering if I still have improvements to look forward to.

I'm just about two years post take down and it's been pretty much the same for me the past year or so. I go 4 to 6x a day and I always get up at least once in the night...sometimes twice. I'm fine with my frequency but it would be really nice to sleep thru the night! Time will tell I suppose on that one.
I am at 11 months and can say that things are continuing to improve, albeit slowly. I have read others saying that they have noticed subtle improvements even at 2 years. This process ain't fast.
One year from take down.Days vary for me.But I have noticed I am only sleep walking maybe now 2 times a night to the lavatory.I have wonder will I ever see a nights sleep again
I was recently scoped and told I would proably have 8 movements a day for life.

This is another good case for the old adage of "everyone's different." I'm 6 months out right now and I consider anything over 3 or 4 trips to be an off day for me. I very rarely need to get up during the night. Usually the only time I end up using the bathroom at night is if something else wakes me up (like a certain 2 year old).
I thought I wouldn't see any difference after 6 months and I did, a lot. I went from being happy with my pouch to being very happy with it. I still go around 6 times a day, but I am in and out of the bathroom much quicker. I remember kind of obsessing about going all the time and thinking I will always obsess about it and then one day I stopped thinking about it. I really don't know how many times I go a day anymore. I don't have any of the spasms anymore and I am one of the lucky ones who only have to get up at night when I eat late or eat something I know will give me trouble. Last night I helped at the Homecoming dance and we stopped by Steak and Shake on the way home (ate after midnight). I got up twice during the night. I really do believe everyone is different, too.
I saw different degrees of progress - it was probably a year until I was able to go through the night without having to get up, but probably in reality three or four years until I stopped leaking a little bit at night. It will get better, though, all the time, in small degrees.
