Ilex and vitamins

I'd have been taking a formula from Mulittea lately with food-derived calcium, magnesium and a number of other vitamins that is a liquid, so in theory, it should be absorbed just like food.  Curious about what other people take!

How many drops do you take?

I’ll ordered the magnesium formula.  Wish they offered a multi.

Sure thing.  I wasn't sure they didn't offer a multi, but it seems like you looked for one and didn't find one.  I take the calcium centered one in addition to the magnesium centered one.  It doesn't have the total RDA in the dose (what they recommend on the package, which is what I take) so I take the calcium one in the morning and Itake the magnesium one at night.  Figure I'll get that stuff covered that way...I hope.

pretty sure Ilex is gone. They lied to their customers for several months saying they were having issues getting an ingredient but would be back in early 2024. Well they stopped answers emails about 4 months ago and their phone numbers in USA and UK no longer work.. this is BS. Only barrier cream i could find that actually dried and wasnt a goopy wet slippery mess.

I totally agree.  What a disappointment!!!

i don’t get it.  It was the only  ointment that work for me too.
