My butt won't stop leaking. The past two days have been awful. I'm so tired of this. It doesn't just leak a little bit, it's blobs of stool. I see my surgeon Tuesday for an EUA and I will be mentioning this, it has gotten worse since I saw him a couple weeks ago. I would be so happy with my pouch if it weren't for this, I don't think I've had a single day without leaking/incontinence. I'm 8 months post takedown and going insane.
I'm taking Metamucil, Imodium, lomotil, and cipro.

Forgot to mention that I've had numerous unsuccessful trips to the bathroom today, it all seems to be coming out when I'm not in the bathroom!

Next question, I have a fistula that the surgeon is supposed to find on Tuesday. Meanwhile, how can I tell if I have stool leaking through? I've had gas come out of my vagina but for the past two days, there is poop all up and down the pad

however, when I pat the area with toilet paper, there is nothing.

Hi, Try inserting a tampon. When removed, you'll be able to see if you're leaking stool into your vagina or not.

A brilliant idea, I feel silly for not thinking of that. I haven't had a period since October 2010, ha, I forgot tampons even existed!
