I've now had three injections of Humira and it has been 34 days since starting. When should I expect improvement in my pouch/GI tract? Not really noticing improvement...

It can take up to 3 months to see the full effect, if it is going to be effective. After that, if there is no mprovement, you can assume it is a no go.

Myself, I saw results within a month.
