Once a blockage clears, how long do the effects last (watery stools, not evacuating fully, urgency, tenderness), pain in back? If it lasts more than a week could it actually be pouchitis or SIBO? Thanks.
duck11: I don't even know if it was a blockage. It could have been a bug, or just a bacterial build up. I have not been to the hospital for this. I don't usually end up at the hospital unless things get really bad.
I always found that the pain in my stomach- from the tightening and obstruction would last a week or so- (again it depends on how bad the obstruction was).
