Well it's that magical time of year again, when all of my good intentions and willpower disappear in the presence of the abundance of Christmas goodies... And then I spend the first part of the new year trying to get my gut right again.

I feel my resolve is lost somewhere between the sheer amount of temptation and the fact that sometimes there is literally nothing I should be eating.

Any tips on how you have successfully dealt with eating this time of year?
