Hi, just wanted to share that I, myself and twelve other patients just finished a pilot study and our refractory pouchitis went into remission at 6-8 weeks with use of 1 iu of daily Omnitrope. Since HGH is known to be phenomenal treatment for inflammation, this makes sense, which is why the pilot study even exists. My pouchitis was 100% non response and ruining my life in every way. After 2 weeks on Omnitrope, I noticed my butt burn was gone. Then from there, the nioght time trips the the bathroom stopped. Then the pain and cramping stopped and last to go was the urgency and frequency I went from 31x a day to 8. at 46 days. Also, all of my aches and pains everywhere else disappeared that were likely reactive arthritis/inflammatory response. Strange rashes on hands dissappered within a week.

The downside: HGH is expensive and hard to get Rx'd unless you have a GH deficiency. It isn't approved for pouchitis (There are currently ZERO drugs approved specifically for pouchitis, so all drugs are off label use) Obviously you can find HGH in other countries without an Rx, but I am not recommending that to anyone, as it is illegal. Longevity, hormone and  functional docs will prescribe HGH, generally and the manufacturer of Omnitrope has been running a discount coupon: with it, I get each vial for $100 at my local pharmacy here in Austin, which lasts a month. But, this pharmacy also buys it in bulk, so they are willing to dispense the 1 vial for purchase, vs the 10 vial set that is normally dispensed.

Bonuses: skin and hair look amazing, weight loss, muscle growth and amazing sleep.

To be clear: I am not encouraging or promoting any illegal use. My use was 100% prescribed, monitored and legal. I am simply sharing the info.  Always be safe and conservative with any experiments or alternative treatments. Do your research.

Love you all!
