Osteomy wearer, strictures, frank discussions and helpful to so many

it’s called “LetsTalkIBD” discusses ostomy issues, what she does for stricture, incomplete emptying etc etc and not afraid to do so publicly. After watching her, I think she could benefit so many on here with what she does that helps her that could possibly help others. Best to all. It’s worth a shot even if it helps one.
