i was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis which caused my grades to drop and by the time i was healthy again i was to old/embarrassed to attend high school as a super senior. I received a diploma from continental academy which is a online high school program in 2004. I went on to college took a few classes also took some time off to just travel and enjoy life again. Now im back in community college and currently working on pre-med classes. I am also interested in the nursing programs but i was told my high school diploma would most likely not be accredited for admission into the RN program. I have tried to see a counselor to figure out what to do but because of budget cuts its impossible to see one. I have many college courses completed what would the best option for me be?
here are some of my courses I have completed:
anatomy, physiology, general chemistry 1 and 2, Organic Chemistry 1, statistics, Russian, English, Calculus 1 and 2, microbiology, General biology 1 and 2, sociology, life span psychology, health, American history, art history, medical terminology and weight training
Is there anything i can do with these courses to cover a high school diploma? I want to apply this year.
