Hi All,
I've been on and off with some gut pains, etc over the past few months. Without going into a lot of detail, most of the assumed culprits for j-pouchers have been ruled out (pouchitis, SIBO, etc). While we're still working on this, I have been considering incorporating fiber recently in hopes of relieving some bloating/full feelings and (maybe?) cleaning myself out a bit. As an FYI, max # of BMs a day for me is 4.
Can anyone recommend:
1) A particular form of Fiber (powder, pill, etc) & brand
2) How much to start?
