hello donna, I might be able to ask people from another site that I am on. I shall try. actually I just remembered specifically a jpoucher from up that way so I will ask her who she sees. there's another jpoucher I might be able to ask too.

from a jpoucher in Seattle area:  GI and her surgeon. They're Dr. Chiorean and Dr. Thiralby respectively, both at Virginia Mason.

from another IBD patient:

Dr. Anita Afzali at UW Medical Center. She heads the IBD clinic there. Great team of docs, NPs, nurses, etc. They keep me up on all my tests and vaccines.

I live in Anchorage, Alaska but was referred to Dr. Chiorean at Virginia Mason.  I have seen him a few times and like him.  Eventually I was referred to Dr. Thirlby for surgery.  He's great, I am now 6 weeks post takedown and doing well.
