Has anyone had success with Entyvio?

I have Chron's and a J-Pouch. I've been through a series of biologics that haven't really worked. Remicade went right through me. Stalera worked for a few years, then didn't... Skyrizi and Rinvoq both didn't work at all. The good news is that I am completely a-symptomatic, but I have Chron's of the pouch and my biggest fear is that my pouch will crumble and I'll have to wear a bag again. I never ever ever want to,

They are switching me to Entyvio now. I wanted to know if anyone has had success with it? I'm told it's a biologic that targets pouchitis...so that makes me optimistic. Has anyone here done well with it? Is there another drug that is good to combine with it? Thanks in advance for your help.

I have pouchitis and was on entyvio. It worked pretty well for me but stopped because it started raising my liver enzymes.
Now I’m trying Skyrizi, not much success. From reading on the site it seems like you have to go through many to find what works for you.

I used Entyvio for a few years. I thought it was doing fine, but a scope showed it wasn't. I've also been moved to Skyrizzi and will see in March if it's working.

The actual infusions are not bad, only 30 minutes of actual infusion.

By the way I was originally diagnosed with UC, but now with Crohn's. (Lucky me

I have Chron’s too. And I hear you…because I was on Skyrizi, felt great, scope said I wasn’t.

Ive actually been through several biologics - and always completely without symptoms…and then a scope shows ulcers. So it’s been really frustrating. Grateful that I don’t have pain or urgency, but I really need to find the right treatment now.
