some of my resolutions  for the New Year 2021 are 1) try and stress less

2) continue to keep up with my daily anywhere from 2.5 miles to as high as 5-6 miles a day power walking regimine

3) To also stay motivated, determined/and strong willed/powered from a mental outlook/perspective

4) To maybe work on and become less emotionally sensitive.

this is what comes to mind at the moment.

Plans for  nye are just  my evening meal/dinner will be had at my mothers/with my brother tommorrow eve 12/31.

I am gonna say here that there is no place better to be than home unless one has a doc appt, procedure appt or an errend to run to a store while the pandemic is full fledged/pronounced.

Philadelphia has an excess rate of homicide for all of 2020, 500 homicides the hightest its been yet, we over topped it this year.

You wont find me going to a store of any kind at the wrong hour/bad timing, thats for sure.

As hard as things are with all going on, I want to wish you all a Happy and healthy and prosperus New Year!

Everything you said sounds perfect! I think you got everything figured out! I am sorry to hear about Philadelphia! But You sound very smart in avoiding all of that for sure. Do you want to move out of there one day???

It's great to hear all your inspiring new years resolution.

Mine is simple this year- keep up daily pro-biotics and pre-biotics, which seem to help ease pouchitis symptoms. Also, I will try and cut down on the gluten in my diet.

Warm Regards from Australia!

Sounds great! I know you will keep your resolution
