It was 4 years ago on November 21 that Dr. Manoj Raval at St. Paul’s Hospital created my fabulous j-pouch. I had a bit of a rough recovery and have battled abscesses and fistulae but I would not go back for anything. I am grateful for the knowedge and research that enabled my j-pouch to function really well. I am grateful for the care of the whole colo-rectal team. I am grateful to be working full-time in a job I love. I have a very full heart.
