Today marks 1 year that I had my colon removed. The experience of this surgery was one of the most challenging journeys I've ever been on. I never believed I'd be where I'm at today. I eat EVERYTHING (which is becoming a problem-lol) I do everything that I want to do. I sleep through the night about 70% of the time. I'm about to take my first vacation without a colon (Mexico) any traveling tips would be great. I feel I'm a stronger person because of the experience. I am so grateful to be a success story. Thank you to all on this forum that offered their support during my early recovery days. I do check in and will continue to pray for those who are still struggling. We are all heros for having gone through this. xoxoxoxoxoxo
