Just wondering if anyone could recommend someone in the Boston area or south of Boston who is affiliated with the Beth Israel and is familiar with Jpouches? Love my surgeon, but I need someone that I can talk to and he never really has the time. Something's wrong, and I just can't figure out what it is.

My Beth Israel GI was Mark Peppercorn (when I lived in the area). This was before I had my pouch, but I would trust him to get the information he needed (rather than shoot from the hip), and always have a thoughtful conversation with me about any choices.
Interesting, Scott, but that's who my doctor was as well...however, I think that he's semi-retired and does not see everyone. I might just call his office and, perhaps they can recommend someone...he was absolutely the best...I'll even wager a bet that he'll call me...he came to visit me in the hospital after my jpouch surgery and called me at home...how's that for a doctor, but then you must know!
