i take a tsp of psillium husk powder in the morning with some instant oatmeal. Around 7;30 am
I can make it until 12 or 1pm.
if i feel I'm not empty by dinner i have a cup of coffee. poop is formed but I may as well live in the bathroom. Lots of poop. I’ll have a light dinner by 6:30. there is lots coming out and eventually I feel empty but the same things happen overnight. up and down. can anyone share their regimen with me. I have tried a small dose of imodium before bed, but once it out of my system its back to the bathroom. with my last meal before 6:30 I thought I was ok. Any thoughts are very welcome.
