GI changes after cholecystectomy

Hello, I had my colon removed and J-pouch about 28 years ago. So we all know about the diarrhea. My question is, do you get worse or uncontrolled diarrhea after your gallbladder is out? I was an anesthesiologist for 30 years you would think I would know these things, but even my doctors can’t tell me. So I’m relying on you guys that I’ve had this done already.
