Hey everyone, after having my recent issues and subsequent pouchitis I really want to get to grips with what is exactly a good nutrition plan to follow. I seem to loose weight easily and really wanna put some weight back on without having major drawbacks from eating the wrong things. I work out a lot and I'm a personal trainer in my spare time, I would like to carry on weight training but the key to the success is the right amount/type of foods I consume! Please can u inform me to what u think works and how u balance you're dietary needs. MUCH APPRECIATED Drew
