I'm not sure that a massage would cause increased frequency. If anything, maybe if you were a bit backed up or your motility still a little sluggish post-op, the massage might have helped relax your muscles and in turn get things moving - in that case perhaps it's a good thing! Generally though, you will notice a lot of changes in your frequency/consistency especially in the first 8-12 weeks post takedown, so this could also be a normal part of the process as your body adjusts. The massage may have just be a coincidence. You are still very early post takedown so be prepared for more changes as times passes. The good news is, most of these are for the better. You should see a "normalization" of your frequency over time, as it eventually settles to what is normal for you.
