well now that I'm 64 I'm having numbness in left hand and arm, accompanied with Migraine headache and fatigue right after. MRI bran scan came back fine, Heart Cath came back fine. Now finding out I have real low iron levels in my blood. These pills just dont get the energy back into this deficient body. Does any of you older J-poucher's have the same issues as Myself?? or do I have a nerve issue in my back or neck???? just asking for advice.

Yup, 65yo poucher here. I am two years into this. I have had iron infusions the first two years, as my iron and hemoglobin drop to low levels. This autoimmune disorder (UC) has done a real number on my body. Another gift it has given me is osteoporosis.
p.s. low D, low B-12, low folate also.

Now I found out my blood iron is low at 510 should be 520 and above. taking iron pills.
I have tingling in my hands and feet (not MS) and migraines, too. I take Ferralet for iron, and it is easy on the stomach.
