If I get to the point of bad cramping, I stop eatting until things start moving again. It usually is a matter of hours, maybe the majority of the day at most.
Sometimes I will also just take in water. It seems to help things move along.
-> Gas-x (symethicone) tablets or strips will help it come out -> Walking and moving around -> Changing positions, knees to chest, etc. -> Heating pad -> Gently rubbing the tummy -> Hot chamomile or peppermint tea -> Laying on left side
Next time try eating fewer beans. I can have a few in a burrito and be fine, but if I eat a bunch, I'm screwed. Also try taking a Bean-O dissolving tablet before your meal.
