-> Walking and moving around
-> Changing positions, knees to chest, etc.
-> Heating pad
-> Gently rubbing the tummy
-> Hot chamomile or peppermint tea
-> Laying on left side

Next time try eating fewer beans. I can have a few in a burrito and be fine, but if I eat a bunch, I'm screwed. Also try taking a Bean-O dissolving tablet before your meal.
