Re: From Pouchitis to Crohns?

Today I had a pouchoscopy. My pouch is 33 years old. For the longest time I have dealt with pouchitis. That seems to be changing. I now sores consistent with Crohns in the pouch and in the pre-pouch, with a stricture at the ileum. i have been prescribed Entocort 9mg. My doc wants to address the stricture so as to avoid blockages.

Has anyone had a similar situation. Ive gone from UC to Pouch Surgery to Pouchitis and now to Crohns.
Got any tips?

I’m in the middle of that now. 4 years with a pouch and just recently had issues. Diagnosed with Crohn’s and starting Rinvoq.
